Description

Anyone wishing to attend either a Restoration Pilates Course, or have one to ones must first be assessed by me. This ensures I have a complete picture and understanding of relevant pathologies and pain history so that I am able to modify and tailor pilates excrecises specifically for you. This ensures you are able to receive the maximum benefit.

Please note: This assessment is required before attending any course held and run by Restoration Pilates
