A 45 minute 2:1 APPI Rehab Pilates session. This is ideal for those wanting more focused time with an individualised session for two people and beneficial for those with more complex pathology, potentially in preparation for joining a class in the future if appropriate. Also an option for those unable to attend a class, or who are currently on a waiting list for a class. Home exercises with relevant advice will also be given.
Please Note: This must be purchased 2 working days prior to your scheduled 2:1 session.
Only purchase your 2:1 session once you have had confirmation from Restoration Pilates about the date and time of your session. This purchase will then complete your booking for your 2:1 session.
