An hour 1:1 APPI Rehab Pilates session. This is ideal for those wanting more focused time with an individualised session and beneficial for those with more complex pathology, potentially in preparation for joining a class in the future if appropriate. Also an option for those unable to attend a class, or who are currently on a waiting list for a class. Home exercises with relevant advice will also be given.
Please Note: This must be purchased 2 working days prior to your scheduled 1:1 session.
Only purchase your 1:1 session once you have had confirmation from Restoration Pilates about the date and time of your session. This purchase will then complete your booking for your 1:1 session.
