My Story...

I worked as a Physiotherapist in the NHS for 13 years and specialised in neuro-rehabilitation, however I had increasing pain in my hands, wrists and spine from having hypermobile joints and being a Physiotherapist. I therefore trained with APPI in Rehab Pilates as a change of career but it has also removed the spinal and other joint pain I used to experience! 

I have actively taught APPI Rehab Pilates as an instructor for 9 years and love seeing peoples lives transformed.

After completing the training and qualifying as an APPI instructor, I have also gone on to train and certify in in a number of specialisms close to my heart.
